What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary depending on the product, quantity, customization method, and current production schedule. Most custom orders are completed within 5–14 business days after your design proof has been approved. Larger or specialty orders may require additional time. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do you have a minimum order?

It depends on the service! Many of our custom apparel and graphic products have no minimum order, making them perfect for individuals, gifts, events, and small businesses. Some products and printing methods, including certain screen printing, promotional, and print products, may have minimum quantities. Contact us with what you’re looking for and we’ll be happy to provide options.

What file types do you accept?

Accepted Answer

For the best print quality, we prefer high-resolution PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, or AI files. PNG files should be at least 300 DPI with a transparent background whenever possible. Vector files are recommended for logos, signage, embroidery, and other applications requiring resizing. Don’t have the right file type? Send us what you have and we can take a look!

Do you offer design services?

Yes! We can help with custom designs, logo design, artwork setup, and preparing your existing artwork for production. Design fees may apply depending on the complexity of the project. Contact us with your ideas, inspiration, or existing artwork and we’ll help bring your vision to life.

We work with a variety of trusted apparel brands to offer different styles, colours, fits, and price points. Brand availability may vary depending on the garment and project. We can help recommend the best option based on your needs, whether you’re ordering T-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, workwear, uniforms, hats, or other custom apparel.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes! Limitless Apparel ships Canada-wide. Whether you're located here in Chatham-Kent or anywhere else across Canada, we can create your custom order and have it shipped directly to you. Local pickup is also available in Pain Court, Ontario.

Question 7

How do I care for my custom apparel?

Accepted Answer

To help your custom apparel last as long as possible, wait at least 48 hours before the first wash. Wash garments inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Air drying is recommended, or tumble dry using the lowest heat setting. Do not iron directly over the printed design or dry clean printed apparel.

Can I see a proof before production?

Accepted Answer

Yes! A digital proof is provided for all orders requiring artwork approval before production begins. Please carefully review the design, spelling, colours, sizing, and placement. Production will begin once your proof has been approved. Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

Do you offer bulk pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer bulk pricing on many of our custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, signage, promotional products, print products, and graphics. Pricing depends on the product, quantity, design, number of print locations, and customization method. Contact us for a custom quote based on your project.

How do I place a custom order?

Accepted Answer

Getting started is easy! Contact us with what you’re looking for, including the product, quantity, sizes, colours, design or logo, and your required date if you have one. We’ll review your project, discuss the available options, and provide pricing. Once the details are confirmed and your proof is approved, your order will move into production.

Question 11

Do you require a deposit or payment before production?

Accepted Answer

Yes! A deposit is required on all orders to secure your order and begin processing. We are unable to process or schedule your order for production until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to pickup or before your order is shipped.

Question 12

Can I bring my own clothing to be printed or embroidered?

Accepted Answer

Customer-supplied garments may be accepted on a case-by-case basis depending on the material, garment, and customization method. Limitless Apparel cannot guarantee the results or replacement of customer-supplied items in the same way we can with garments sourced directly through us.

Question 13

Can I cancel, return, or exchange a custom order?

Accepted Answer

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, they are generally final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, colour choice, or a change of mind once production has begun. If we make an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Orders that have not yet entered production may be eligible for cancellation, subject to any design work, materials, or other costs already incurred.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! Free local pickup is available in Pain Court, Ontario, just outside of Chatham. We’ll contact you when your order is complete and ready for pickup. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.

Can I make changes after approving my proof?

Accepted Answer

Once your digital proof has been approved, your order may move directly into production. Please carefully check spelling, colours, artwork, sizing, and placement before approving your proof. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and could result in additional charges or delays. Slight variations in print placement and colour may occur during production or due to differences between screen and printed colours.
